An 11-mile bridge linking the Danish islands of Sjaeland (where Copenhagen is located) and Funen opened this week to passenger cars, cutting travel time from an hour (by ferry) to 10 minutes. The bridge opened to passenger trains last year. One-way tolls are about $33 per car.
