ObjectShare Adds Board Members

ObjectShare Inc. named Lester Hill and Samuel M. Inman III to the board, boosting its size to five from four. The Irvine software company said James C. Anderson resigned from the board to pursue other opportunities.
Hill, 54, is the former chief executive and chairman of Pacific Scientific Co., a manufacturer of motion control, process control and safety equipment that was acquired in April by Danaher Corp.
Inman, 47, most recently served as chairman, president and chief executive of Centura Software Corp.
