Rockwell in India Deal

SEAL BEACH — Rockwell International Corp. said it has acquired Autarky Auto Products, a leading supplier of car window control devices in India. Terms were not disclosed.
Autarky, which has fewer than 100 employees, will become part of Rockwell Automotive Light Vehicle Systems, based in Troy, Mich.
