Metalclad Corp.: The Newport Beach developer of hazardous waste treatment facilities in Mexico and insulation contracting services primarily in California said it lost $6.8 million, or 30 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended May 31. That compares with a net loss of $15.4 million, or $1.13 a share, for fiscal 1995. Revenue declined 17% to $15 million from $18 million.
