TUSTIN — Regency Health Services Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of a Lexington, N.C., health-care facility for $2.88 million, mostly in cash.
The Buena Vista Nursing Center has 64 skilled nursing beds and 22 assisted living beds.
“This acquisition is consistent with Regency’s commitment to increase the company’s market share outside of California,” said Richard K. Matros, Regency president and chief executive.
In February, Regency acquired 18 facilities from Liberty Healthcare Limited Partnership in North Carolina and Tennessee.
