INDIANAPOLIS — A subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Co. will help administer a drug benefit plan being tested by the American Assn. of Retired Persons.
PCS Health Systems, a pharmacy-benefit manager, is launching the program in Colorado and North Carolina. It will negotiate contracts with pharmacies willing to provide discounts to AARP members in the two states.
If the pilot program is successful, PCS will negotiate similar contracts nationwide.
