THOUSAND OAKS : Movie Theater, Shops Planned for Project

A developer proposing to build a movie theater and shopping center on a busy Thousand Oaks corner will discuss the project at a public meeting Thursday.
Rick Caruso is scheduled to discuss his plans for the lot at the southeast corner of Thousand Oaks and Westlake boulevards. The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at the North Ranch Community Center, 1400 Westlake Blvd.
Tenants mentioned for the project include Mann Theatres, Barnes & Noble bookstore and a Starbucks coffeehouse.
