We enjoyed Susan King’s article (in some editions of TV Times, May 7) about the resurrection on TNT of “The New Dick Van Dyke Show” after 21 years, but wish to make one correction: The series was not canceled because of poor ratings.
The show did well in all three of its seasons and left the air because Dick wanted time to focus on his personal life.
