The man, who is in his 20s, was taken to the Regional Center of Orange County a week ago after mall officials alerted police about him. He is Asian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and was wearing a navy blue shirt, a brown plaid jacket and sweat pants, authorities said in a prepared statement.
Police are asking anyone with information about the man to call (714) 973-1999.
