Warner Bros. Opens Interactive Division: The company said it established the division to publish and distribute multimedia software for CD-ROMs, on-line services and interactive television. Dubbed Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the unit will be headed by Steven Koltai, who will report to Dan Romanelli, president of the firm’s consumer products division. The division, one of several Time Warner units dedicated to producing interactive software, will have first rights on transporting Warner Bros. theatrical and animation properties into interactive media.
