The Friendly Hills Healthcare Network is holding two workshops that focus on cardiac care.
Health specialists--including nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and exercise experts--will give advice on coping with cardiac disease from 1 to 5 p.m. Anyone who needs or wants a CPR certificate can qualify by attending this class from 6 to 10 p.m.
Classes are held at the center, 1211 W. Lambert Road, in La Habra. Participants should call (310) 905-4595 to register.
