Santa Ana Brokerage Bought for $1.75 Million

SANTA ANA — In a stock swap valued at about $1.75 million, a Honolulu holding company said Monday it has purchased Santa Ana brokerage TMH Financial Corp. and two affiliated companies.
Wall Street Financial Corp. said it bought TMH, along with TMH Capital Corp., a Honolulu firm formed to provide real estate financing for major developers in Hawaii, and TMH Home Mortgage Co., a Santa Ana home loan company. It paid 1 million shares of stock now priced about $1.75 a share.
The TMH companies, with combined annual revenue of about $1.2 million and about 25 employees, plan to keep most operations in Santa Ana, said Ernest C. Hickson, president of TMH Financial Corp.
