Joseph O’Connor has been named manager of portfolio real estate management information systems for KPMG Peat Marwick in Costa Mesa. He specializes in multi-user relational database development. Before joining the company, O’Connor was a project manager at UC San Diego. Patrick Walmsley, who specializes in portfolio advisory services, has been appointed manager. He was previously a real estate specialist at Kenneth Leventhal & Co.
