Evidence of New Dinosaur Found

RIO DE JANEIRO — Remains of a previously unknown carnivorous dinosaur reportedly have been found in Brazil.
Scientists have seen only its teeth and haven’t identified the species, geologist Karin Goldberg of the Universidade do Rio dos Sinos said Tuesday.
The dinosaur--which would be the second carnivorous species found in Brazil--lived in the region 70 million years ago, Goldberg said.
The teeth were found June 2 in an archeological site near Belo Horizonte, 250 miles northwest of Rio de Janeiro.
