Palestinian Woman Killed During Clash

JERUSALEM — A Palestinian woman was shot and killed Saturday when Israeli troops fired on stone throwers in the West Bank town of Ramallah, hospital officials said.
Soham Murshed Suwaiti, 37, apparently was sitting in a car when she was shot in the head, said a nurse at Ramallah Hospital, speaking on condition of anonymity. Israel army radio said Suwaiti was struck by a rubber-coated bullet. The army confirmed the death and said it was investigating.
