MISSION HILLS : Chamber to Greet Its New President
- Share via
The Mission Hills Chamber of Commerce will honor outgoing president Bert Brunwin and welcome incoming president Denise Jo Crangle at its 39th annual installation ceremony Friday. “We’re just going to be enjoying ourselves, having a good time,” Brunwin said. “We’ve doubled our membership over the past year, and we’re very proactive with the police. We’ve worked very hard to try and stop the cruising problem here on weekends.”
The Mission Hills Chamber now has about 120 members, Brunwin said.
Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon will be the installing officer this year, and radio personality Humble Harve will emcee the event, which begins at 6 p.m. at the Odyssey Restaurant, 15600 Odyssey Drive, Granada Hills. Members of other San Fernando Valley chambers are invited to attend.
