Prisoner From O.C. Killed by Guards

CORCORAN, Calif. — A guard fatally shot a prisoner from Orange County who was trying to kill another inmate at California State Prison-Corcoran, authorities reported Tuesday.
Lt. R. Priolo said Donald Creasy, 31, was shot when he refused several orders from correctional officers to stop attacking another inmate in a cell Monday. Creasy was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Creasy was serving seven years for assault with a firearm with great bodily injury on a commitment from Orange County.
