Metal Bellows in Moorpark Is for Sale

The parent of Metal Bellows-Moorpark Division, a producer of parts for aerospace and heavy industry, is negotiating with several potential buyers of the Ventura County concern.
Metal Bellows is part of Parker Hannifin Corp., a Cleveland-based maker of industrial and aerospace control devices.
“We’re talking to a number of parties, but no deal has been made,” said Cheryl Morosco, a spokeswoman for Parker Hannifin’s aerospace group. She said Metal Bellows-Moorpark has 120 employees producing bellows, hoses, ducting and other products.
The Moorpark firm is for sale because the parent company is downsizing its involvement in aerospace, Morosco said.
