Larry Goebel has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer, Pacific region for the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. in Costa Mesa. He was previously vice president, affiliate development for the company’s Mega-Team, facilitating mergers and acquisitions. In addition, William Jilbert was appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer for the Western region. Prior to his new appointment, Jilbert was vice president, operations for the Western region.
