Re Beverly Beyette’s Around the Town, “No Excuses: Justice will Not Be Denied” (Jan. 13): If it’s a criminal trial, I have a sure-fire way to get out of jury duty. I show up with a book on constitutional rights. The prosecutor will immediately dismiss me.
