Two light earthquakes shook southeastern Pennsylvania, but there were no immediate reports of injuries. The first quake had a magnitude of 4.0, said John Minsch of the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo., while the second quake was a magnitude 4.6. The quakes buckled a back road for about a mile near the epicenter, west of Reading.
