Fox Cable Network Launch Delayed: The start date for FX, a new cable network from Fox Inc., has been postponed from March 1 to June 1. Fox blamed the delay on administrative and regulatory issues. The basic cable network is expected to reach 23 million homes initially. Fox plans to air seven hours of original programming a day on the network.
