Bruin Women Fall to USF Despite Williams’ 24

Despite 24 points and 14 rebounds from Natalie Williams, the 24th-ranked UCLA women’s basketball team lost to the University of San Francisco, 71-68, before 400 at Memorial Gymnasium in San Francisco Friday night.
The Bruins (3-1) led, 37-31, at halftime and led by as many an nine points in the second half before San Francisco went on a 13-0 run with 13:10 remaining. Denise Noleroth scored 22 points to lead USF (4-2).
