Countywide : Freeway Connector Closing for 6 Hours

One of Orange County’s busiest freeway connectors will be shut down tonight and reopen Friday.
All lanes connecting the westbound Riverside Freeway to the southbound Costa Mesa Freeway will be closed starting at 10 p.m.
The lanes will reopen at 4 a.m. Friday, according to Kathy Bell, spokeswoman for the California Public Transportation Co.
The firm is building the state’s first privately owned and operated toll lanes in the freeway median.
