Adelaide Hall, 92, an American-born jazz singer who shared the stage with Duke Ellington and other jazz stars. Hall, the daughter of a New York music professor, first performed on stage at the age of 14. In 1934 she moved to Paris with her husband and manager, Bert Hicks, and went to London in 1938, where they opened the Florida Club in the exclusive Mayfair district.
