Rabb came to Orange Coast from Sprague High School in Salem, Ore., last fall. He was a divisional champion in Oregon as a senior in 1989. He had a solid cross-country season last fall but excelled in the spring during track season, setting an OCC record for 1,500 meters with a time of 3 minutes 51.59 seconds. He has continued his strong performances this fall. Rabb has won two of four races, including the one at San Mateo Saturday. His winning time was 20:24; OCC finished fourth.
Other notables:
* Rodrigo Cibrian of Golden West won all four matches in the 190-pound class at the San Bernardino dual wrestling meet.
* Adam Gilbert of Cypress won the 177-pound class, going 5-0 with two pins, at the San Bernardino dual wrestling meet.
