Festival of Masks Seeks Young T-Shirt Designers

Artists between the ages of 12 and 17 are invited by the Craft & Folk Art Museum to submit a design for the 1993 International Festival of Masks T-shirt.
The winning artist will receive $200 and the winning design will be featured on 1,000 T-shirts at the 1993 Festival of Masks in October.
The application deadline is Sept. 1, 1993.
