Rockwell Contract Gives 11% Raises Over Three Years: United Auto Workers Vice President Carolyn Forrest said workers at Rockwell International’s facilities in California and Oklahoma approved the agreement Sunday. The pact includes annual lump-sum wage hikes of 4% in the first year, 4% the second year and 3% the third year. The agreement covers 4,000 workers, including many in the Los Angeles area.
