* O’Brien-Kreitzberg & Associates Inc. in Encino has named Michael L. Long as a vice president and deputy project manager of systems on the Metro Green Line project.
Before joining O’Brien-Kreitzberg, a San Francisco-based construction management firm, Long was deputy director for the Los Angeles County Electric Trolleybus System project.
