Guerrilla Rockets Kill 13 in Afghan Capital

ISLAMABAD, Afghanistan — Afghan guerrillas fired rockets on Kabul over the weekend, killing 13 people and wounding 34, official Kabul Radio reported Sunday.
Afghan authorities blame the Hezb-i-Wahdat party of minority Shiite Muslims for most of the recent rocket attacks on Kabul, which has been ravaged by fighting among rival guerrilla groups since they took power in April, 1992.
