3 Men Arrested Over Cocaine Deal

Ventura County Sheriff’s narcotics detectives arrested three men in the middle of a cocaine deal Friday evening in the parking lot of a local grocery store, authorities said.
The narcotics detectives arrested two other people at the men’s Thousand Oaks homes after they found more cocaine, scales, $12,000 in cash and ledgers in which sales were tracked. The total street value of the cocaine seized was $29,000, police said.
The three men were selling 8 ounces of cocaine at 5:15 p.m. in the Ralphs market parking lot at the corner of Thousand Oaks and Westlake boulevards, police said. The arrests concluded a month-long investigation by narcotics detectives.
Those booked for felony possession and sale of cocaine were Mario Delgadillo Mora, 21, Jose Delgadillo Mora, 22, Carmen Cortez Mora, 22, Rafael Herrera Leon, 24, and Pablo Gilberto Toyub, 23, all of Thousand Oaks.
