Comarco Reports Quarterly Profit of 13 Cents Per Share

Comarco Inc., the Anaheim provider of facility management services, engineering services and wireless communications products, reported a profit of $688,000, or 13 cents a share, for the first quarter of its fiscal year. That was down 2% from earnings of $699,000, or 13 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter, which ended May 2, declined 21%, to $16.7 million from $21.1 million. The company said the decrease in revenue was because of a general decline in the defense market.
