Curbs on Wall Street Journal Eased: Singapore said it will ease restrictions on local circulation of the Asian Wall Street Journal and let it have a resident correspondent beginning July 1. A government statement said the Hong Kong-based financial daily will be allowed to increase its circulation to 5,000 copies from 3,500.
