CAA to Meet With Guilds: Creative Artists Agency representatives plan to meet Monday with guilds representing screen actors, writers and directors to discuss the current controversy surrounding its consulting arrangement with the French bank that owns the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studio. CAA has been criticized by rival International Creative Management, which claims that the agreement is a conflict of interest and may violate SAG rules designed to separate agents from the studios they do business with.
