OXNARD : 2nd Airline to Add LAX Shuttle Flights
- Share via
Starting April 4, a second airline will offer flights between Oxnard Airport and Los Angeles International Airport.
United Express, operated by New Mexico-based Mesa Airlines, plans to fly seven round-trip flights Monday through Friday and five round-trip flights on weekends to LAX, said Larry Risley, president of Mesa.
United Express joins American Eagle in offering service between Oxnard and Los Angeles.
The price of a round trip from Oxnard to Los Angeles will range from $150 to $300, said a ticket agent. However, passengers flying out of Oxnard and connecting with United Airlines flights headed elsewhere could see significant fare reductions.
