President’s Economic Plan

Bill Clinton is not trying to change history; he’s trying to rewrite it.
According to Clinton, the Republican administrations of the last 12 years bear the responsibility for the tremendous debt the taxpayer must now bail the government out of. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
All you have to do is look back in history to the many times both Ronald Reagan and George Bush made efforts to reduce our deficit by controlling exploding spending--spending that was perpetuated by a Democratic Congress that insisted on kowtowing to special interests.
According to the Constitution the only body of government that can spend money is Congress.
