Grand Jury Subpoenas Dow Corning: Dow Corning Corp. said it had been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury investigating charges that the company concealed safety hazards of its silicone gel-filled breast implants. The subpoena, served by a grand jury in Baltimore last week, seeks information on certain documents about the implant manufacturing process that were falsified by employees, Dow Corning spokesman Ronald Actis said. Actis said the company will cooperate with the inquiry.
