Clinton Lifts Abortion Curbs

In response to “Clinton Revokes Abortion Curbs,” Jan. 23:
My generation has a song to sing and we must pass it on with notes that are pure and clear: that an unborn child is just that, a child, that if we cease to protect this most vulnerable member of the human family, our hearts will harden, that “choice” means no choice for the baby, that we cannot continue to be tender toward the weak and needy if we are not tender toward the unborn.
The song is hard to hear right now over the shouts of victory from the pro-choice people, but those of us who know it will continue singing, and because the melody is so beautiful, one day it will be heard.
