Western Security Bank has named Jerome E. Farley as president and chief executive of the Toluca Lake-based institution, which also has branches in Valencia and Pasadena.
Farley is a founder, director and past president of First Regional Bank in Los Angeles. At Western Security, he succeeds Herbert G. Prinz, who resigned as president and chief executive in July.
