Credit Ann Martin

It was gratifying that you ran a picture of the incomparable Ann Martin in conjunction with Steve Weinstein’s article on KABC winning the ratings sweeps (“And the Winner Is . . . KABC,” Nov. 26), but you still won’t quite give credit where it is certainly due.

If people still watch the 5 p.m. “Eyewitness News” in spite of Jim Hill being “captured” by KCBS or Paul Moyer being “enticed” away by KNBC, when will The Times and KABC really recognize the ability and value of Ann Martin?
