The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between Nov. 23 and Nov. 29:
Glendale
East Harvard Street, 1300 block--Thieves entered a house through an unlocked rear window and stole two TVs, a VCR and jewelry, valued at $2,800, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 24.
South Brand Boulevard, 100 block--A would-be thief smashed the glass window of a sandwich shop at 12:48 a.m. Nov. 25, but was scared off when an employee sleeping there awoke and saw him.
East Wilson Avenue, 1500 block--Stereo equipment, a TV and VCR, valued together at $5,050, were stolen from an apartment between 9 a.m. and 8:20 p.m. Nov. 25.
North Brand Boulevard, 200 block--Burglars hurled a brick through the window of a variety store and stole about 28 wristwatches valued at $1,400 on Nov. 26 or 27.
Sycamore Avenue, 2800 block--Cameras and video equipment valued at $7,000, and jewelry valued at $2,500 were stolen from a house ransacked between 9 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 27. The victim’s new van was also stolen during the burglary.
Hermosa Avenue, 3000 block--A VCR valued at $280 and a watch valued at $3,000 were stolen from a house between 10 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Nov. 27.
South Brand Boulevard, 100 block--About $3,600 was stolen from the safe of a fast-food outlet, which was broken into on Nov. 27 or 28.
West Glenoaks Boulevard, 1400 block--A gunman forced a pizza shop employee to open the store safe at 12:34 a.m. Nov. 28. The amount of the theft was undetermined.
East Colorado Street, 1100 block--A man who may have had a concealed weapon robbed a doughnut shop employee of $128 at 5:28 p.m. Nov. 28.
La Canada Flintridge
Hampton Road and Foothill Boulevard--During a police stop of a listed stolen vehicle, a man attempted to run over an officer. The officer fired seven shots at the vehicle before the suspect was detained at 1:50 a.m. Nov. 26.
Hampstead Road, 4000 block--A resident reported that a wrought iron table and two benches were stolen from his yard between midnight and 5 a.m. Nov. 29.
Atwater Village
San Fernando Road and Andrita Street--Five men surrounded a bicyclist and robbed him of his bike and jewelry, valued together at $410, at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 24.
San Fernando Road, 3200 block--Supplies and equipment valued at $5,000 were stolen from a business at 3:03 a.m. Nov. 26.
Fletcher Drive, 2300 block--A man and woman ate a meal at a fast-food restaurant and then robbed the cashier of $280 at 5 a.m. Nov. 26.
Eagle Rock
Eagle Rock Boulevard, 5000 block--Clothing and money, valued at $16,065, were stolen from a business when thieves broke the rear door lock on Nov. 22 or 23.
Yosemite Drive, 2000 block--Burglars stole a TV and video equipment valued at $1,720 at 8 a.m. Nov. 25.
Delor Road, 2700 block--Video equipment and money, valued at $2,173, were stolen from a house between Nov. 25 and 29.
Colorado Boulevard, 1900 block--Armed with a revolver and an ice pick, two men robbed a person exiting a vehicle of money and jewelry valued at $1,045 at 11:55 p.m. Nov. 27.
Echo Park
Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado Street-- A woman reported that she had been raped after accepting a ride from three men at 1 a.m. Nov. 24.
Bernard Street and Stadium Way--A person was hit on the street by a man and then robbed of money and jewelry, valued at $202, at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 26.
Figueroa Terrace, 1100 block--Two men snatched a necklace valued at $350 from a woman, after asking her for information, at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 27.
North Morton Avenue, 1600 block--Two men posing as police officers handcuffed a person in their house at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 27, and then took money and jewelry of undetermined value.
Glassell Park
Drew Street and Estara Avenue--Two men asked a person for money at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 28, but the victim refused and was stabbed in the back and robbed of $30.
San Fernando Road, 2600 block--A vehicle and tools valued at $4,100 were stolen from a storage shed on Nov. 27 or 28.
Somers Avenue, 4000 block--Two men posing as workers asked to use the bathroom at a house, and while inside, stole jewelry and money valued at $1,200 between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m. Nov. 28.
Los Feliz
Sunset Boulevard, 4600 block--A woman walking from her car to her residence was robbed at gunpoint by two men of her purse and contents, valued at $155, at 7:25 a.m. Nov. 26.
North Kenmore Avenue, 1100 block--Money and credit cards, valued at $3,605, were stolen from a car in a parking garage between 4 and 8 p.m. Nov. 26.
Los Feliz Boulevard, 3900 block--Cameras and equipment and a stereo, valued together at $8,000, were stolen from a car in a parking garage on Nov. 26 or 27.
Griffith Park Boulevard, 2700 block--Money and narcotics valued at $3,850 were stolen from a drug store at 12:55 a.m. Nov. 28.
Hollywood Boulevard, 4600 block--A man knocked a person in a business to the ground and robbed him of a wallet and money valued at $200 at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 28.
North Kenmore Avenue, 1800 block--Thieves entered an apartment using a ladder and stole money and jewelry valued at $1,625 on Nov. 28 or 29.
North Kenmore Avenue, 1900 block--Jewelry and camera equipment valued at $2,550 were stolen from an apartment between 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Nov. 29.
Highland Park
York Boulevard, 4600 block--A gunman demanded and received a woman’s jewelry, valued at $570, on the sidewalk at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 24.
South Avenue 56, 200 block--Two men posing as Department of Water and Power employees entered a house, requested money to repair wiring and then fled with jewelry and money, valued at $8,258, at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 25.
York Boulevard, 5600 block--A person in a parking lot was forced out of a car by a man with a gun, who then fled in the vehicle at 5:40 p.m. Nov. 26.
Arroyo Glen Street, 6300 block--Tools valued at $1,800 were stolen from a yard between 6 and 11 p.m. Nov. 26.
Sycamore Park Drive, 100 block--Burglars pried open the back door of an apartment and stole a TV and jewelry valued at $3,390 on Nov. 26 or 27.
Figueroa Street, 5500 block--Two men robbed a person in a business at gunpoint of money and video equipment valued at $966 at 3:35 p.m. Nov. 27.
Silver Lake
Hyperion Avenue, 2900 block--Two men robbed a person at gunpoint in a parking garage of $235 at 9:45 p.m. Nov. 25.
Silver Lake Boulevard, 1600 block--A mini-market clerk was robbed at gunpoint of $90 by a man at 6:20 a.m. Nov. 26.
West Silver Lake Drive, 1800 block--Money and jewelry, valued at $1,015, were stolen from an apartment between 11:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. Nov. 27.
