Police Identify Man Found Stabbed

COSTA MESA — A man found stabbed to death in Talbert Regional Park on Sunday has been identified as Robert Allen Harder, 45, a transient.
Police said Harder was found by a passerby about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in brush at the north end of the park at 1299 Victoria St., said Officer Wayne Riedmann of the Costa Mesa Police Department.
