Studio Equipment Firm Gets $700,000 in Orders

Matthews Studio Equipment Group in Burbank said buyers in Germany and Japan placed two orders, totaling $700,000, for the company’s grip equipment used in movie and television production.
Matthews said one order was placed by Mobiles Ausstattungs-Team of Munich. The other buyer was Advance Technology Inc. in Tokyo, which is one of Matthews’ distributors in the Far East.
