Real Life Goes On: ABC’s “Life Goes On,” which in the past has used people with Down’s syndrome and multiple sclerosis in stories about those ailments, will be casting two HIV-positive or AIDS patients in an upcoming episode. The story line of the segment involves the HIV-positive character Jesse McKenna (played by Chad Lowe).
