Blasts Kill 9 in India

NEW DELHI — Four explosions and a fire in a textile plant in central India killed nine people and injured more than 100 on Wednesday, the United News of India reported. It was not immediately known what caused the explosions in Gwalior, 170 miles south of New Delhi.
