Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of medical devices reported first-quarter net income of $403,017, or 13 cents per share, down 7% from the $434,912, or 13 cents per share, for the corresponding quarter of fiscal 1991. Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 declined 10%, to $4.5 million from the previous year’s $5 million. Jack Brown, president, attributed the slowdown to a temporary decline in cardiovascular procedures.
