Kennedy 3, Pacifica 0--Renee Gragnano had 18 kills and Debbie Lite had five aces for visiting Kennedy (9-2, 7-2).

In the Orange League:

Valencia 3, Anaheim 0--Amy Tamblyn had 15 kills and Brandi Smerko 10 for host Valencia (9-1, 5-0), which won, 15-1, 15-2, 15-11.

In the Pacific Coast League:

Laguna Beach 3, Trabuco Hills 0--Junior outside hitter Rachel Wacholder had 10 kills and five aces for Laguna Beach, the top-ranked team in Orange County. Teammate Shauna Shapiro had 20 assists.
