Former Justice Hospitalized

BALTIMORE — Retired Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell Jr. was hospitalized Wednesday after fainting, officials said. Powell, 84, was in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital, hospital spokeswoman Elaine Freeman said.
