Man Extradited in Slaying of Ex-Iranian Minister

GENEVA — An Iranian held in Geneva in connection with the killing of former Iranian Prime Minister Shahpour Bakhtiar was extradited to France on Tuesday, the Swiss Justice and Police Ministry said.
Ali Vakili Rad was among the three last visitors received by Bakhtiar, who was found stabbed to death near Paris Aug. 6.
