AIRPORT HIGH-TECH: Sixty percent of its passengers are business people, so John Wayne Airport officials are thinking it’s time to get some more convenience equipment for them. . . . Facsimile and automated bank teller machines for the Thomas F. Riley Terminal are expected to be OKd today by county airport commissioners. Faxes would go at each end of the long passenger concourse, with two ATMs on the departure level and an American Express station on the arrival level.
